2. Eligibility Wholesale pricing is available to:

  • Retailers with a valid business license or reseller permit.

  • Event organizers or corporate buyers placing bulk orders.

  • Online and brick-and-mortar businesses aligned with Vudora Marie’s brand.

3. Order Minimums To qualify for wholesale pricing, the following minimum order requirements apply:

  • Minimum order value: $250 per purchase.

  • Minimum quantity per item: Varies by product; details available upon request.

4. Pricing & Discounts

  • Wholesale pricing is available upon request and varies based on order volume.

  • Additional discounts may be available for bulk orders exceeding $1,000.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full before orders are processed.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, ACH bank transfers.

  • Orders exceeding $500 may be eligible for split payments—contact us for details.

6. Processing & Shipping

  • Wholesale orders could take up to 1-2 weeks to process depending on order size before shipping.

  • Only economy shipping is available; expedited shipping is not offered.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on order size and destination.

  • International wholesale orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final.

  • Replacements or refunds will only be issued for defective or damaged items. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with accompanying photos.
