1. General Policy: At Vudora Marie, all products are unique and produced only once ordered. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not support returns or exchanges if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if there is a quality issue, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the policy outlined below.
2. Reporting an Issue To report an issue, email hello@vudoramarie.com within 30 days of product delivery. Include a brief description of the problem along with the necessary photo or video evidence, as outlined below, to facilitate a quicker resolution.
3. Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations:
Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives with physical damage (such as rips, tears, or broken parts) or contains a manufacturing defect (such as a misprint or missing elements), we offer a free replacement or refund.
Quality Issues: If the print quality is not as expected due to misalignment, fading, or incorrect color reproduction, we offer a free replacement or refund. A clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface, showing both the design and the issue clearly in a single frame, is required.
Wrong Product Sent: If you received an incorrect product, a photo of the received product with the size tag clearly visible is required.
Incorrect Size, Brand, or Material: If you receive the wrong size, brand, or material different from what was ordered, a clear photo of the product showing the design, issue, and/or size tag in a single frame is required.
4. Processing Refunds and Replacements:
If your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or initiate a replacement order at no additional cost.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
If a replacement is issued, the standard production and shipping timeline will apply.
5. Non-Refundable Situations:
Customer-ordered incorrect size, color, or changed their mind.
Orders outside the 30-day claim window.
Products that have been altered, washed, worn, or used.
Incomplete claims without required photo/video evidence.
