1. Order Processing Time: All products are made to order. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your item is created. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time: We offer priority shipping only. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time. Estimated delivery times vary by location and products ordered. Items are typically shipped 5-10 business days after processing.
3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We strive to offer the most cost-effective shipping price.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages: Vudora Marie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is missing, please:

7. Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
