Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All products are made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and 3–5 business days for product creation before shipment. During periods of high seasonal demand, processing and production times may increase slightly. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard global shipping. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.
United States: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after shipment.
Canada, Australia, and Rest of the World: Estimated delivery within 10–30 business days after shipment.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated U.S. territories may take an additional 7–12 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, carrier, and customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout using third-party software and routed through DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or OnTrac—whichever offers the most cost-effective option for your destination.
4. International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. Vudora Marie is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international carriers.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to ship. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your confirmation.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Vudora Marie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is missing, please:
Check with your local post office or carrier.
Confirm the shipping address you provided.
Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
