  • Made-to-Order Products: All clothing and apparel are made to order, and all products are unique and produced only after an order is placed.

  • Product Availability: Items in the Bookshelf section will be available in limited quantities. Special orders may be considered if you contact us via email.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-3 days to be created before they can be shipped.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that pricing or descriptions are error-free.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once you place an order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Link Wallets, Klarna, and ACH Bank Transfers for orders of $250 or more. Payments must be completed before order processing.

4. Shipping and Returns

  • Shipping: We only offer economy shipping; expedited shipping methods are not available. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.

  • Returns and Exchanges: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not support returns or exchanges if a customer orders the wrong size or color or changes their mind.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If a product is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund. You must contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

  • Quality Issues: If there is an issue with the quality of the product, we require a clear photo of the received product laid on a flat surface, showing both the design and the issue clearly in a single frame.

  • Lost or Damaged Shipments: Vudora Marie is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly.

  • You may create an account to streamline your shopping experience. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms.
