  • Are your products made to order?
    Yes! All our clothing and tote bags are made to order to reduce waste and ensure a more sustainable process.

    Do you offer returns or exchanges?
    Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, if your item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

    How do I know what size to order?
    Each product page includes a size chart to help you choose the right fit.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Orders typically take 1-3 days to be created before shipping. Economy shipping delivery times vary by location but generally take 5-10 business days for U.S. orders.

    Do you offer expedited shipping?
    No, we only offer economy shipping at this time.

    How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

    Do you ship internationally?
    We currently do not ship internationally.

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Link Wallet, and ACH bank transfers for orders over $250.

  • What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
    Please email us at hello@vudoramarie.com within 30 days with a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

    Can I return or exchange an item if I ordered the wrong size or color?
    Unfortunately, since all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering errors.
